Except when specified otherwise on the jamesbeaton.com web site, you may read, copy, print, and distribute all data and information found herein. However, the use of these data and information is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The Terms of Service mentioned above does not yet include the web site’s design and layout. I, as the owner of the web site have the full authority to use the designs and layouts legally, as stated on the laws of safe marketing and trading. No one is allowed to get fractions or full use of any of the web site’s property. Jamesbeaton.com has the right to pursue legal actions on unworthy duplications and imitations. However, restrictions to the use of sounds, graphics, images and logos may be lifted when consent is provided.
